Provision conditions
- Individuals that can subscribe to this service are the subscribers of our telephone and other services. However, this is limited to NTT East and NTT West telephone line (Analog and Analog Lite Plan) and ISDN line (INS-Net 64 and INS-Net 64 Lite) subscribers. Subscription will be per line number. Customers temporarily using NTT East or NTT West telephone lines or ISDN lines and customers using card system pink phones etc. are excluded from subscription.And also IP Phone (ex. “Hikari Denwa”) and the special landline service (ex. “Metal Plus” , “OTOKU Line”) are excluded from subscription.
- This service cannot be subscribed to in combination with services such as Shabericchi Plus, Home & Office Discount Plus, Shabericchi, Home & Office Discount, Shabericchi Wide Plus, Shabericchi Wide, Shabericchi Super, TeleChoice, Business Discount Plus, FL@T ONE, Long-distance Imeigiwaribiki service, Inter-prefecture/international Imeigiwaribiki service, Members Net, or Corporate Net. If the calling from (6) of item 4 is desired, subscription cannot be combined with Free Dial or Personal Free Dial. Additionally, long-term use discounts do not apply to this service. If the customer is subscribed to previous long-term use discounts, the usage continuation period will not be inherited.
- Contract and construction fees will not be applied when subscribing to this service. Further, fixed monthly charges will also not apply.
- The calls to which the rates for this service will apply are as follows. Among general dialed calls/INS communications etc. from the contracted lines for this service, (1) calls/communications to local regions of the same prefecture for the region where the customer's telephone lines etc. are located, (2) calls/communications to long-distance regions of the same prefecture for the above region, (3) calls/communication to areas in prefectures that are different from the prefecture for the above region, (4) internationally dialed calls from the lines contracted for this service (0033) and Automatic Charge Notification Service calls (00347), (5) calls from household (landline) phones to cellular phones using 0033, and (6) calls from registered cellular phones (excluding satellite car cellular phones and phones on boats) using numbers beginning with 0800 (or 0120) to lines contracted for these services (provided upon customer request). Customers cannot freely select numbers beginning with 0800 (or 0120). Up to 3 cellular phone numbers can be registered in advance. Further, the rates for calls from registered cellular phones using numbers beginning with 0800 (or 0120) will be billed with the contracted lines for these services. (Prefecture regions refers to the regions specified by General Post Office order 24 (put into effect 7/1/99), and may differ from the prefectures for administrative division. Local region refers to a region that can be called/communicated with at the normal rate for ¥8.5 (with tax ¥8.925) for each unit of up to three minutes during the daytime and nighttime (8am to 11pm). Long-distance region refers to regions in the same prefecture that are not local regions.)
- Calls/communication not using our lines, calls/communication to cellular phones/PHS, Freedial, Navidial, Telegong, Tele-dome, Data-dome, credit calls/communication, 100 calls, collect calls, GSS calls/communication (in group), international freedial, eCall etc. are excluded from the rates for this service. Regarding the calls in (5) of item 4, there are some number ranges that cannot be used, e.g. remote control of cellular phone company voice mail services.
- The rates that will apply to the target calls listed in item 4 are as follows (the following rates will apply regardless of weekday or time period). For (1) and (2), ¥8 (with tax ¥8.4) per 3 minutes, for (3), ¥15 (with tax ¥15.75) per 3 minutes, for (4), a 40% discount from the total monthly amount, and for (5) and (6), ¥16 (with tax ¥16.8) per minute. To apply the rates for this service, all 4 MyLINE call categories, "Local," "In-prefecture long-distance," "Out-of-prefecture," and "International," must be registered with our company as MyLINE Plus. The rates for this service will not apply to lines that cannot be registered as MyLINE Plus. For the calls in (5) of item 4, "0033" must be dialed before the cellular phone number, regardless of the MyLINE registration status.
- The "dedicated numbers beginning with 0800 (or 0120)" from (6) in item 4 are subject to a "universal service fee." ¥6.3/month (incl. tax) will be charged for each number.
* About the Universal Service Fee is click here. - If our company has verified that the total monthly call charge amount for (6) in item 4 was ¥0 for three consecutive months, our company may suspend use of (6) (In such a case, the numbers beginning with 0800 (or 0120) assigned for (6) will be returned. When the numbers have been returned, the "universal service fee" will be unnecessary). If we receive a new application for the use of (6) from a subscriber to this service, our company will assign new numbers for (6). The new numbers for (6) will be different from the previously assigned numbers. Additionally, a period of time may be required for the assignment of the new numbers for (6).
- This service will begin from the rate calculation period that includes the date of contract acceptance by our company (In this case, our discount services contracted before applying for this service etc. <see item 2 for target services> will apply until the last day of the rate calculation period before the rate calculation period that includes the date of contract acceptance by our company). However, at e.g. the customer's request, the service may begin from the rate calculation period following the rate calculation period that includes the date of contract acceptance by our company.
- The rates for this service will apply from the rate calculation period following the rate calculation period that includes the date of verification by our company that all 4 MyLINE call categories, "Local," "In-prefecture long-distance," "Out-of-prefecture," and "International," have been registered with our company as MyLINE Plus. If the MyLINE Plus registration for even one of the "Local," "In-prefecture long-distance," "Out-of-prefecture," and "International" categories is cancelled, from the rate calculation period following the rate calculation period that includes the date that this cancellation is verified by our company, the rates for this service will not apply, and the normal rates for our company will apply. However, when the service begins, the rates for this service will apply for a set period regardless of the MyLINE registration status.
- Numbers beginning with 0800 (or 0120) cannot be registered as forwarding destinations for the call forwarding services provided by NTT East and NTT West (VoiceWarp, VoiceWarp Select, Magic Box, Forward Denwa).
- When the lines contracted for these services are used in combination with e.g. representative handling services provided by NTT East and NTT West, the number of simultaneously connectable lines, for calls using numbers beginning with 0800 (or 0120), will be the number of cellular phone numbers registered by the customer. However, if e.g. the total number of lines of the representative group is less than the number of cellular phone numbers registered by the customer, the number of simultaneously connectable lines will be the total number of lines in the representative group etc.

[Using the INS Area Plus and Area Plus services provided by NTT East and NTT West]
Even if the "Out-of-prefecture" MyLINE call category has been registered with our company as MyLINE Plus, INS Area Plus and Area Plus will apply to "adjoining/up to 20km" calls/communication spanning prefecture regions, and the rates for the PL@TINUM LINE services will not apply. "Adjoining/up to 20km" calls are calls to message areas (hereinafter, "MA") adjacent to the MA to which the customer belongs, or calls to MA for which the distance from the MA to which the customer belongs is no greater than 20km.
[Using the INS Tele-Hodai and Tele-Hodai services provided by NTT East and NTT West]
Even if the "Out-of-prefecture" MyLINE call category has been registered with our company as MyLINE Plus, INS Tele-Hodai and Tele-Hodai will apply to calls/communication to target telephone numbers spanning prefecture areas during the INS Tele-Hodai and Tele-Hodai application time period (late night and early morning), and the rates for the PL@TINUM LINE services will not apply.
[Subscribing to e.g. discount services from other companies]
When MyLINE Plus is registered with our company, there may be cases where discounts from MyLINE and MyLINE Plus registrations with other companies such as NTT East and NTT West and reductions to flat rates etc. will not apply. It will be necessary to apply for the cancellation of discount services etc. from telephone companies with whom the discount services are contracted separately from the application for our MyLINE Plus.
Notices regarding usage
- The rate calculating period for this service will be in 1-month units, synchronizing with that of ordinary dial calls/INS communication charges etc. (will vary by customer).
- The rate application commencement day for this service will vary by customer. Please verify this with the Notification of Service Commencement sent after subscription.
- The service will continue through the following month and onward provided there is no request for cancellation. Even if e.g. MyLINE Plus registrations from the "Local," "In-prefecture long-distance," "Out-of-prefecture," and "International" MyLINE call categories are changed from our company to another company, this service will not be automatically cancelled. Further, even if there is a request for cancellation of the service during a rate calculation period, the rates for the service will apply for the relevant rate calculation period.
- Please contact our company when you wish to change a cellular phone number for calls that use numbers beginning with 0800 (or 0120). Calls can be made from the changed cellular phone number after our registration of the change. Rates after the change will be applied after our registration of the change. There will be no construction charge for the change.
- For calls using numbers beginning with 0800 (or 0120), even if a cellular phone number have been registered in advance, if calling a numbers for the lines contracted for these services using a number beginning with 0800 (or 0120) without sending the caller ID from the cellular phone, the connection will not be established. To make it possible to connect, it will be necessary to notify of the caller ID by e.g. setting the "Caller ID" setting of the cellular phone terminal to ON. From cellular phones not registered in advance.
- If there are connections to the numbers for the lines contracted for these services using numbers beginning with 0800 (or 0120), the guidance "We are sorry. This number cannot be connected to from the customer telephone." will be played. If the number for a call using a number beginning with 0800 (or 0120) is displayed on NTT East or NTT West communications equipment such as telephones, adapters, etc. supporting number display, the number will be the cellular phone number, not a number beginning with 0800 (or 0120).
- Unless there otherwise specifically requested by the customer, a call report listing call times, call durations, call destinations and region names, etc. will be sent regarding international calls.
- If a customer contracted for this service switches from NTT East or NTT West telephone lines to ISDN lines (or from ISDN lines to telephone lines), the rates for this service will be applied until the date of the switch to ISDN lines (or telephone lines). If usage of this service is desired after the switch to ISDN lines (or telephone lines), it will be necessary to reapply for this service. In that case, the rates will apply from the rate calculation period following the rate calculation period that includes the date of application verification by our company. Further, in the case of a migration accompanying a change of telephone number as well, it will be necessary to reapply for this service.
- In the event of any changes such as NTT East or NTT West telephone number changes, changes from telephone lines to ISDN lines (or from ISDN lines to telephone lines), telephone line and ISDN line name changes (transfer), cessation of usage, cancellation of subscription rights, or temporary interruption, please contact our company.
