Is this service available from any phone in Japan?

This service is available from any touch-tone telephone: regular NTT East and West affiliated telephones (including ISDN), NTT East and West public telephones (analog [green *] public telephones), digital [grey] public telephones, IC public telephones (exclusively for IC Telephone Cards), mobile phones (excluding NTT DoCoMo Prepaid mobile phones), and PHS's. (This service is not available from Arcstar Direct or other direct access or public telephones.)
*A ¥10 coin or a telephone card is necessary to use this service. (After the phone call, the ¥10 coin will be returned or the credit on the telephone card will not be deducted.)
* IP Phone (ex. “Hikari Denwa”) and the special landline service (ex. “Metal Plus” , “OTOKU Line”) can not be available.

Can the personal identification number be changed?

Such numbers are managed by the credit card companies. Please contact your credit card company.
